At Vlaxyronzit, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy explains our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges of MotionFit products. This policy is in compliance with EU consumer protection laws and German distance selling regulations (Fernabsatzgesetz).
2. Your Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
2.1 Withdrawal Period
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
2.3 Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest.

Without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
2.5 Handling of Goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return under our standard policy, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unopened Products: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging
- Original Packaging: Products must be returned in their original packaging with all labels intact
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
- Condition: Products must not be damaged, altered, or tampered with
4. Products Not Eligible for Return
The following products cannot be returned:
- Opened or partially used products (due to health and hygiene reasons)
- Products with broken seals
- Products damaged by the customer
- Products returned after the withdrawal period has expired
5. Defective or Damaged Products
5.1 Damaged in Transit
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Photographs of the damaged product and packaging
- Your order number
- Description of the damage
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
5.2 Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, you are entitled to remedies under EU consumer law, including:
- Repair or replacement of the product
- Price reduction or full refund if repair/replacement is not possible
The legal guarantee for defective products applies for 2 years from delivery.
6. Refund Process
6.1 Processing Time
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
6.2 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
6.3 Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Products with obvious signs of use
- Products not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Products returned more than 14 days after delivery (at our discretion)
7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

We currently ship to countries within the European Union. Shipping to other destinations may be available upon request.

- Other EU Countries: 5-10 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. Orders may qualify for free shipping as indicated on the Website.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your delivery status.
8.5 Customs and Import Duties
For deliveries outside Germany, you may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
